Library and information services
The University libraries are managed together (Service Commun de Documentation) and the University community can carry out study and research using some of these facilities.
- 15 reading rooms, 11,000 m2 in all.
- Print collections: more than 500,000 volumes and 6,500 periodicals.
- Digital documents: bibliographic data banks, a collection of texts and electronic reviews.
- The collections of the network of libraries can be found in the Bordeaux universities' local catalogue: BABORD.
- A reader's ticket will give borrowing rights in most of the libraries in the Bordeaux universities network.
