A concentration of skills on a european and international scale

The University is developing an active, open European and international policy which is underpinned by the many languages that are taught. Student and teacher mobility through international exchange programmes and the organisation of international conferences and seminars also help to promote the University's research as does the University's pro-active recruitment policy which aims to attract colleagues with new skills.

Dynamic inter-university collaboration has led to the creation of a special residential centre in Bordeaux where visiting academics can be sure of a friendly, high quality welcome.
